How long have you been in business?
The business has been located in the same location since 2004
What is your primary product or service?
We service everything from the "Big Boy Toys" to the family car. Total car service is what we do along with providing people a place to bring their vehicles without having to worry about extensive costs. We are reasonable and only fix what the customer is aware of and has authorized.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I purchased this business in 2010 because we already had a family member who was the Service Manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We consider ourselves to be your "hometown automotive center" with the ability to conduct repairs in a wide array of areas. There is really nothing we can't do. We can lift trucks and put air bags on while in the next bay we might be doing brakes on a compact car. The mechanics are very versatile and able to work on just about everything.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently located at 2500 S. Kansas Ave and no immediate plans for expansion in the future.

Kansas Ave. is the main street directly east of Topeka Blvd. (3 blocks). We are located directly north of the Kansas National Guard Armory and directly south of 21st and Kansas Ave.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards and both cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service not only the city of Topeka and Shawnee County but the entire Northeast Kansas Area with a general radius of about 125 miles.

8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday (sales and pick-up orders only)

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
To tell us they feel comfortable in our quoted costs for services compared to other places they have been and to have these people pass on to friends this information. Anytime you have repeat business it also is very positive that you are satisfying the needs of your customers.
